Enjoy your coffee on the second-floor screened-in porch overlooking the backyard canal. It’s common to see a grey heron or two hunting along the shoreline at this hour, while fish occasionally jump in the water. On some mornings, you might even catch the horses making their rounds through the backyard or across the canal. It’s always worth checking the front yard for them while your coffee is brewing.
6:30–7:00 AM
Take a walk down to the dock and check the crab pots (four are tied off to the dock). In mid to late summer, you can often find 2–3 beautiful blue crabs per pot every other day.
7:00 AM
Catch up on the news and emails in the theater lobby or on the outdoor TV by the pool and spa. The theater lobby and theater have a separate entrance from the main house, so you can enjoy your morning without disturbing any late sleepers.
7:30–8:00 AM
Enjoy the hydrotherapy spa, then cool off in the swimming pool—perfect for relaxing, stretching, and easing into the day.
8:30–9:00 AM
Shower and get ready for a day at the beach.
9:00–10:00 AM
Take a scenic 3-mile walk to the beach shoreline, continue up to the next access point, and loop back home.
11:00 AM–1:00 PM
Brunch at LOL—a perfect time to gather with friends and family before heading out to the beach. Spend the afternoon by the ocean, typically staying until the sun sets over the dunes.

Enjoy the last hours of daylight back at LOL—relax by the pool, unwind in the shade, or fish off the dock.
7:00–8:00 PM
Fire up the BBQ, steam some fresh blue crabs, and enjoy dinner on the spacious 1,000+ sq. ft. elevated covered deck beneath the house, complete with 10-foot ceilings and ceiling fans.

Head up to the third-floor lounge and arcade to entertain guests, featuring an 8-foot billiards table—perfect for a little friendly competition.
